Nearly ready to travel again!

Ok - this is a fragment of where Gesa's work overlaps and I continue the marks and incorporate them into my work - but differently ...

that's all you get to see until Stephanie sees it!

Page 2 was absolutely relevant to the STRETCH theme - it got overworked, reworked, changed drastically ...... it was a risk. something a bit outside my safe zone and looked like a total pigs ear for a lot of the time! I hope I pulled it round. You'll have to wait and judge :>)

Stephanie you'll have to hurry with mine as this one will be winging its way to you soon :>D

All these sneek peeks are making it very hard to wait my turn! Waiting for my book, though is so much better than waiting for the first of the month bills.

Okay, I'll hurry, but I'm worried about there beig a backlog at someone's house if they're not able to get these turned around as fast as we are. What does everyone else think? I'm happy to keep up a fast turnround for the time being if everyone's up for it too?

Oh... I'm very curious!

Steph: I think it really doesn't matter: everyone works at their speed, and if someone has a couple sitting, it'll sort itself out. I think we do among us, but probably also each one (depending on inspiration, other commitments etc) work at different pace at different times.

So, if people are slow, people are slow; if they are fast they are fast, and everything inbetween is perfectly ok too. And I hope that people don't feel stressed if stuff is sitting with them for a while: that's not the intention/purpose (the stress) when others post stuff on quickly...

I, for one, am a slow guy on this. Self made stress.

But, if you've ever worked on a production line, the "keep up" is important to the group.

And, I visualize the eight books each needing creative stretches. IMO, keep-up is best. But, Gesa is a gem to remind me to take a breath...

I don't mind if some people are slower - Stephanie I was only teasing - please don't feel pressured.

It will be mid week before I can get to the post office so we are talking about nearly a week before you get the book - I just really felt like working on Gesa's challenge!

Casey the idea of putting the originator and theme in the post title is excellent. I'll do that next time.

Vivien, no rush as I'm off on Holiday from 7 June til 14 June so I'll probably be away when yours arrives. Bear that in mind if you're watching for a 'receipt' thing from me. In the mean time I'm thrashing out my self portrait, as well as packing for the hol. No pressure, no stress, just all the time we each need to let the creative juices flow.
